TERRA RELOCATION SERVICES

Terra Relocation Services is a corporate community of the Croatian company Terra Tecta International and the German CTB Brokers company.

Over the years, during our work as a real estate agency and real estate consulting company in Croatia, we have noticed that there is a great demand for relocation services and that there are almost no providers of these services on the market. Due to the high demand and rounding off the range of CTB Group services to overcome this gap in the Croatian real estate market, we founded in year 2014 Terra Tecta Relocation Services, an international mobility provider based in Zagreb.

Today, Terra Tecta Relocation Services has employees and partners in all Croatian cities with over 50,000 inhabitants in order to organize the relocation of our clients to and from Croatia as cheaply and stress-free as possible. Furthermore, in 2019, we founded our Concierge Service to brighten up your time spent in Croatia in the best possible way.

Coordination of change of residence confronts people who relocate, but also human resources departments with time and cost challenges, not to mention a certain emotional stress that can occur.

Therefore, our biggest challenge is to make the job as easy as possible for everyone involved in the process and to be supportive in the arrival and integration of singles, couples and families into their new life center.
